These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
1. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer
2. By submitting the order you make a binding offer
3. The contract is concluded by our order confirmation by email
4. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons
§ 3 Prices and payment conditions
1. All prices include VAT
2. Shipping costs are shown separately
3. Payment is due immediately upon order
4. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit
§ 4 Delivery and shipping
1. Germany: 2-5 business days, shipping costs €4.99 (free for orders over €70)
2. Europe (EU): 5-8 business days, shipping costs €9.99 (free for orders over €100)
3. Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address
4. Partial deliveries are permitted
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
1. 14-day right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB
2. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods
3. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation in good time
4. Return costs are borne by the customer
5. The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging
§ 6 Warranty
1. The statutory warranty provisions apply
2. Warranty period: 2 years from delivery
3. In case of defects, you are entitled to subsequent performance, reduction or withdrawal
§ 7 Liability
1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence
2. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations
3. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery costs

§ 9 Dispute Resolution
1. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings

§ 10 Final provisions
1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods
2. Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main
3. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
