We want to offer you a transparent and customer-friendly service. Here you will find all the important information about shipping, delivery times, cancellations and returns.
📦 Shipping costs
Germany

Mini (without tracking) – €4.30 (0–2 kg)
This shipping option will only appear at checkout if your order is eligible (small items). No tracking/no liability. -
Standard (with tracking) – €6.90
DHL parcel including tracking and liability. -
🎉 Free shipping on orders over €69 (order value)
Valid within Germany. The available shipping option will be displayed at checkout.
EU (selected countries)

Standard (with tracking) – €14.90
We currently ship EU orders exclusively via DHL parcel with tracking and liability coverage.
Note: EU shipping is currently relatively expensive, as we are a small studio starting with standard rates. We are working on offering more affordable options. - Free shipping: Currently unavailable (for now).
Important note: Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. In rare cases (e.g., very large orders), it may be necessary to ship your order in multiple packages. If this happens, we will inform you before shipping.
🚚 Delivery times
- Germany: approx. 2–5 working days
- EU (selected countries): approx. 5–8 working days
- Processing time (shipping preparation): usually 1–2 working days
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays, high shipping volume), delays may occur.
🤝 Shipping partner
We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL .
If available, you will receive shipment tracking information via email (for shipping methods with tracking).
🌍 Delivery areas
We currently deliver to:
Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden.
If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form or by email.
🔄 Right of withdrawal & return (consumers)
14-day right of withdrawal
According to German and European law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
This is how the cancellation process works
- Please inform us of your cancellation (e.g., by email): info@thebunbogustore.de
- Please return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Please use the address given in the legal notice or contact us – we will confirm the return address by email.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of return shipping are generally borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrectly delivered goods or defects.
Condition of goods / Compensation for loss of value
- Please return the items as complete and carefully packaged as possible (if possible in the original packaging).
- An inspection of the goods, as would be possible in a retail store, is permissible.
- Compensation may be required for any loss in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary for testing.
💳 Refund
Upon receipt of the return (or proof of return), we will refund the amount within 14 days via the originally used payment method.
- In the event of a cancellation, we will also refund the costs of standard delivery (outbound shipping).
- If you chose a more expensive shipping method, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us in advance for individual shipping options and a cost estimate.
